2. Inquiry (buy): You are looking for something or want to buy something (for example: "I am looking for a locker to take away" or "I am buying a bicycle"). You do not own the product, you are inquiring about it and want to get it. This will appear in the Inquiries section.

Yes! Posting ads for individuals is completely free and without any hidden fees. If you want to increase the visibility of your ad, reach a wider audience or display it in preferred positions, you can voluntarily use the premium services of topping and highlighting.

You can access your ads at any time in your administration in the "My ads" section. With each ad you will find buttons to edit the data, extend the validity by another 30 days or delete it permanently. Deleting an ad will immediately remove the ad from public search.

Upozornenie o vypršaní (7-dňová ochranná lehota): Keď inzerátu vyprší platnosť (uplynie 30 dní), zmení sa na červený status „Expirovaný“ a prestane sa zobrazovať verejnosti. Predajca má presne 7 dní na to, aby ho v Dashboarde predĺžil/obnovil. Ak tak neurobí, inzerát bude natrvalo a kompletne zmazaný z databázy aj disku, aby sme udržali systém rýchly.

Aby sme predišli spamu zo strany eshopov, živnostníkov a firiem, ktoré na inzercii zarábajú, rozlišujeme typ inzerátu:

• 1. Ponuka služieb/práce (Ponúkam / Predám): Vytvorenie a obnovenie ponuky v komerčných kategóriách (Služby, Práca, IT) je okamžite spoplatnené sumou 1.00 AVE. Na tieto inzeráty sa nevzťahuje žiadny bezplatný limit, keďže inzerent zarába peniaze.
• 2. Dopyt po službách/práci (Hľadám / Kúpim): Bežní ľudia, ktorí hľadajú prácu, brigádu alebo majstra, môžu inzerovať **úplne zadarmo**. Na dopyty sa však z bezpečnostných dôvodov vzťahuje prísny limit **maximálne 1 aktívny dopyt na kategóriu** pre každého inzerenta, aby sa zabránilo obchádzaniu pravidiel.

How to use it in practice?

When creating or editing an ad, our intelligent system will make price entry as simple as possible. As soon as you select the country in which the goods are located, the system automatically defaults to the correct currency:

• Selecting Slovakia (SK) automatically sets the currency to EUR.
• Selecting Czech Republic (CZ) automatically switches the currency to CZK.
• Selecting Poland (PL) automatically switches the currency to PLN.

Can I change this currency manually?
Of course! It's just a smart prefix that saves you time. For example, if you sell goods in the Czech Republic, but want payment in euros, you can manually switch the currency to EUR at any time in the currency selection field next to the price. In addition, we have simplified the label for the price to a minimalistic and clean "Price *" (without unnecessary brackets with the currency), since the currently selected currency is always clearly marked in the adjacent box.

Delivery and postage costs are usually borne by the buyer, unless you agree otherwise in the description of the ad or directly in the chat with the seller. When entering an ad, the seller can state the price including postage or specify the amount of postage separately. For cross-border sending of packages, we recommend reliable services with the possibility of tracking the shipment. Always provide the buyer with the tracking number of the shipment so that he can track its movement.

Always pack the goods carefully and securely to avoid damage during transport (use bubble wrap, strong cardboard and high-quality adhesive tape).
