Adding an ad is extremely easy and fast. Click on the bold orange "+ Add Ad" button in the top right corner of the screen. Our smart AI-powered system will automatically help you pre-fill the description and choose the most suitable category based on uploaded photos or a short title!
help_outline What is the difference between Supply and Demand? (E.g. Donate for transportation)
The difference lies in whether you actually own a specific product/service or, on the contrary, you are looking for it:
1. Offer (sell): You own the ad (e.g. old wardrobe, car or children's toys) and offer it to others. Whether you're offering it for €500, for pickup, or completely free, it's still a good you're making available. Therefore, such an ad (including "Donate for transportation") will be displayed in the Offers section.
2. Inquiry (buy): You are looking for something or want to buy something (for example: "I am looking for a locker to take away" or "I am buying a bicycle"). You do not own the product, you are inquiring about it and want to get it. This will appear in the Inquiries section.

Yes! Posting ads for individuals is completely free and without any hidden fees. If you want to increase the visibility of your ad, reach a wider audience or display it in preferred positions, you can voluntarily use the premium services of topping and highlighting.
help_outline How can I edit, extend or delete my ad?
You can access your ads at any time in your administration in the "My ads" section. With each ad you will find buttons to edit the data, extend the validity by another 30 days or delete it permanently. Deleting an ad will immediately remove the ad from public search.
help_outline What are the free and paid limits on the number of active ads?
In order to maintain the high quality of ads and prevent the portal from being overwhelmed (the so-called AliExpress effect), we will introduce fair limits for active ads:
• Global limits for active ads: A regular user can have a maximum of 10 active ads running at the same time, while a seller with the status of a VIP Seller can have up to 30 active.
• Stricter limits for selected categories (Real Estate, Car Bazaar, Flights & Vacation):
- Real Estate: Max 1 active ad (Standard) / 5 active (VIP).
- Car Bazaar (Cars and Motorcycles): Max 2 active ads (Standard) / 10 active (VIP).
- Travel & Tickets: Max 1 active ad (Standard) / 5 active (VIP).

Click on the "Login / Register" button in the top menu. You can use quick and convenient registration via Google or Facebook, or enter your e-mail address and choose a secure password. After successfully verifying your e-mail, you can immediately log in and fully use all functions, including the wallet and AVE Hunter.
help_outline What should I do if I forgot my login password?
No fear. In the login window, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address you registered with and we'll immediately send you a secure password reset link. After clicking on this link, you will be able to choose a new access password.
help_outline Why is it necessary to fill in the IBAN in my profile?
Filling in the IBAN account number in your profile is optional, but extremely useful. If you sell goods, based on your IBAN, our system will automatically generate a clear payment QR code (Pay by Square standard) directly in the details of your ad. So the buyer can make the payment instantly and flawlessly by scanning it in their banking app and the money will arrive directly in your account.
help_outline What is protected contact information on a profile and why is it blurred?
Seller safety and spam protection are our top priority! Contact details of sellers (website, e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram) are protected and blurred (blur filter) for ordinary unverified visitors. If the visitor wants to view them, he must verify his payment card once for a symbolic €0.50 (which we will immediately return as a credit) or be a verified seller/administrator himself. This effectively blocks automatic robots, spam and contact collectors.
help_outline Why is a language abbreviation (eg /sk/) sometimes added to my Custom address (@brand)?
Aveino is a fully multilingual platform. If you send someone your beautiful and short address in the format aveino.eu/@vasa_znacka, the system will immediately recognize the preferred language of the visitor and automatically redirect them to the correct language version (for example, aveino.eu/sk/@vasa_znacka). We do this so that all the visuals and texts on your profile are displayed to the visitor in the language they understand best. However, your official and everywhere-shareable address always remains clean, without a language abbreviation!

Video Showcase is a fantastic feature that turns your profile into a dynamic video e-shop! For a fee of 1.00 AVE for 30 days, you can add up to 2 local videos in
.mp4, .mov, .webm formats (max. 10MB each) and 2 links to YouTube videos directly to your profile. The videos are then shown to visitors in an elegant player directly above your ads. help_outline Can I change the background (cover) and profile photo directly on the profile?
Yes! For maximum speed, we implemented the Direct Edit interface directly on the public profile. If you are logged in as the owner, just move the mouse over your background (cover) and click on "Change background", or click on the edit icon on your profile photo. The image is instantly uploaded and updated securely via AJAX without loading the page.
help_outline How do I delete my advertising account (GDPR)?
If you wish to permanently delete your user account and all related personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulation, go to your profile settings and click on the "Delete account" option. All your ads, personal data and communication history will be permanently deleted. Please note that for security reasons (fraud prevention) we retain the extinguished fingerprint of your payment card if it was used for profile verification to prevent its misuse on other accounts.

AI analyzes the descriptions of the ads, selects the best matches and immediately offers them to you with one click.

Yes, absolutely! Your ad hunter AVE Hunter has full cross-border capabilities. When creating a new hunting area (filter), you can choose either a specific country (Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands and dozens of others from around the world), or choose the option "Entire portal".

- Global search: For example, if you are looking for a rare antique chest of drawers and you don't care which country you have it imported from, select the country "Whole portal" in the filter. Hunter will check all newly added ads from all databases at once!
- Specific hunting (e.g. a car in Germany and the Czech Republic): If, on the other hand, you are looking for a car that you only want to bring from certain countries, you can use your limit of up to 5 active areas. Create one filter for the searched car with the country Germany (DE) and a second, separate filter with the same parameters with the country Czech Republic (CZ). This will keep your results clear and you won't miss any great deal!

Our portal is fully localized for the international market. All important e-mails (such as notifications of new messages, requests to add a phone number or notifications from the intelligent AVE Hunter) will always be delivered to you in your preferred language set in your profile. This means that even if a foreign user writes you a message in his language, the system will automatically translate the email and send it in a language you understand. You can then translate the text of the message from the user with one click directly in the ad!

We recommend that you agree on the price and method of delivery in advance in our secure chat.

For cross-border sending of packages, we recommend reliable services with the possibility of tracking the shipment. Among the most popular are Packeta (Zásielkovňa) with a wide network of delivery points throughout Central Europe, Slovak Post (for registered letters and parcels), or express courier services such as DPD, GLS or DHL for larger and more valuable shipments. Always provide the buyer with the tracking number of the shipment so that he can track its movement.

Always pack the goods carefully and securely to avoid damage during transport (use bubble wrap, strong cardboard and high-quality adhesive tape). Never send fragile or expensive goods without shipping insurance! The safety of our community and the prevention of fraudsters is crucial for us! Our system uses an advanced Brand Protection filter. This mechanism blocks the registration, name change or purchase of premium addresses that could mislead buyers (e.g. contain the name "aveino" or combinations with the word "ave" such as
ave_specialist, avepodpora, ave-admin, ave_official, etc.). Common legitimate names (e.g. Pavel, Dave) are of course fully allowed. help_outline How can I secure my account with multi-factor authentication (2FA and 3FA)?
For maximum security of your advertising account, we have added the option to turn on two-step (2FA) and three-step (3FA) authentication. You can find this feature in your profile in Settings under the "Security" tab.

- 3FA (Security questions): You can define 3 secret questions and answers yourself. When logging in, the system will ask you one of these three random questions. Without the correct answer, no one can access your account, even if they know your password!
help_outline Can I change my password if I registered with Google or Facebook?
No. If you registered on the AVEINO portal using quick login via social networks (Google, Facebook), your password is not managed by us, but directly by the given social network. Therefore, it is not possible to change it in our settings. If you want to change your password, you have to do it directly in your Google or Facebook account. If you registered traditionally via e-mail and password, you can change your password quickly and safely at any time in your profile in Settings under the "Security" tab.

Safety and trust are our top priority. After each transaction, you can rate the seller with stars (1 to 5) and add a short verbal review with your personal experience. These ratings are publicly visible right on the seller's profile and in our central rating directory, helping other buyers shop safely.

Yes, of course! We want to encourage our users to write honest and constructive reviews. For each successfully added rating of another user, our system automatically credits you with a **bonus credit of €0.10** directly to your AVEINO wallet! You can then use the earned credit for premium services, such as topping or highlighting your own ads.

Our review system includes advanced anti-spam and security mechanisms:
• Honeypot protection: Automatically detects and blocks spam bots.
